DESCRIPTION :

“Regular Flakes” is a textured surface coating material. It comes in three packs, comprising Dry Granite Flakes, Bonding Agent and Top Coat.

1. Dry Regular Flakes are made from China Clay, Pigments (chiefly  inorganic), homo-polymer emulsion, mica, etc.
2. Bonding Agent is made from pure acrylic emulsion, broad-spectrum fungicide etc.,
3. Top Coat is based on pure Acrylic polymer, which is dissolved in a solvent medium.

USES & APPLICATION :

Regular Flakes is suitable for both interior and exterior applications. They offer the unique option of mono or multi color shades in a single coat.

• Dry Material : 9.5 Kg.
• Bonding Agent : 5.0 Kg.
• Top Coat : 3.0 Liters.  (Top Coat optional, not included in price)
• Thickness : 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm
• Coverage per bulk : 160 Sq. Ft.  (It may vary as per plaster surface)

Application:

Three Coat systems:

First Coat : Base Coat (Primer) by brush
Second Coat : Material application by trowel.
Third Coat :  Glossy / matt top coat by trowel.
